i'm not entering the giveaway, but i just wanted to say - i've tried the hcg diet and lost 20 lbs! and have kept if off for about four months now. it's awesome!
i even had to take a couple of "breaks" because i was signed up for a marathon and a 10k during the course and didn't think it was smart to try to run while on such a major diet.
but even with the breaks... 20 lbs!
this might put me on top of my biggest loser contest in my neighborhood!!

I heard about this diet just recently from my mother. She had surgery on her feet and was unable to workout for several months. She just finished this diet and lots 30 pounds! I have never done the diet thing - just ate nutritiously and worked out religiously. But this I could try!
