What?! You returned them? Well at least you are getting another pair that hopefully you will enjoy just as much.
However, let's just think about the whole feeding the small starving children thing. Yeeees, you could have sent the money over to some African village. However, think of the salespeople at the store: THEY have families they need to feed. Think of the cleaning people, delivery truck people, stocking people, etc. that helped put those shoes on the shelf. And what about all the poor Chinese/Indian/Bangladesh people who actually put the shoes together? So either way, you are STILL helping the starving and needy. :)
PS: I can't really tell a difference between pair 1 or 2. I think both are gorgeous.
Rolando. They are both gorgeous but the first one was a little on the pink side.
The Elisa is much classier in my opinion. It will NEVER go out of style. The platform and the shape of the toe on the Rolando makes it the trendier option.
And I am pretty sure the heel on the Elisa plus the fact that it is nude will make the leg look fabulous.
No need for the platform.
And I too am wanting a pair nudes... so flattering and versatile.

I have to say the Elisa it looks a bit classier to me sort of timeless and also a bit more feminine
They are both gorgeous but the Rolando are hands down sexier!

I don't know the entire story behind the first pair of shoes but I kind of have a problem with you returning them. The gentlemen who bought you these shoes clearly bought them because he wanted you to have the shoes. By returning the shoes and taking cash you are not having the shoes he wanted you to have, and instead you are taking his money. Seeing as their is nothing wrong with the shoes its seems very low to return such a thoughtful gift and taking money instead. It seems to me that since you accepted the shoes you should keep them. This man may have done it to treat you to a special gift, not to give you money. If you can not return the shoes to this man, I would keep them for yourself. Returning them for money seems very low to me. This may sound mean, but I was actually very upset by your actions in this post.
